This is a year-long study of the eight expressions of the Beatitudes involving the whole school body. The authors designed this unit around Family Groups (cross-grade groupings of students) in order to facilitate the development of relationships between primary, intermediate and junior high students. Monthly lessons consist of a cooperative activity, story, discussion and prayer within each Family Group, followed by a school-wide assembly on the same topic. 83 pages. (2005)
